REMARKS: The paint depicts ocean scenes, with no detail -- no surfer, whale, mermaid, or lighthouse -- to interrupt the flow. The dashboard, a panel of wood replacing a bulbous styrofoam and vinyl factory excrescence, is painted matching silver with a breaker wave. Navy carpeting, upholstery, engine compartment, and trunk match the deeper tones of the painted ocean. The mermaid mirror brackets are painted silver.
