Since the book "Toward Graphic Belles-Lettres" is sold out, we present one of its representative stories in its entirety.
Its title was inspired by the 1928 classic horror story "The Beast with 5 Fingers" by William Fryer Harvey. Harvey's tale was about a hand after it was severed from a body . Our story, conversely, is about a body before it is severed from a hand .Such details notwithstanding, the following story was named in homage to this giant of the genre.
